How to book an apartment?
To book an apartment you need to:
- choose a time period in the system;
- the system will show the price for the full period.
Booking will be completed only when you make a payment by Bank transfer:
- 30 % of the total amount.
Cancellation and refund policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged 30% of the total amount if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- We will refund within: 7 days.
Important!
Once the advance payment is received, the Apartment will be booked in your name.
- The remaining amount has to be paid in cash upon arrival to Vila Elegancija apartments. Payment can only be made in cash.
- The rate does not include resort fee “pillow” fee – € 1 / 1 night, adult person and child from 18 years old.
- Price for additional person:
Child up to 3 years old – free of charge while sleeping with parents
Children under 12 years – € 10 / 1 night
Children from 12 years old and adults – € 20 / 1 night
- Breakfast is provided in accordance with your request, for an additional fee – adult – € 7, child – € 5.
